近日，世界知识产权组织前总干事高锐(Francis Gurry)在接受中国新闻网专访时表示，新的一年带来希望的同时，也将带来新的挑战。一方面，当前全球科技竞争愈发激烈，将为世界各国，尤其是技术大国，带来新难题。
高锐表示，技术垄断、贸易壁垒等现象的出现，不利于国际技术交流和研发，但他相信，中国作为一个负责任的技术大国，将迎难而上，巩固其技术引领优势。
